ORDERING ONLINE

How can I place an order?
If you would like to buy one of our products just click on 'Add to cart'. To finalize your order, click on the shopping cart which you'll find at the top right of your screen. You'll then be taken to the payment process page where you can fill in your delivery and billing address and choose your method of payment.
What happens if the item that I have ordered is out of stock?
If your order is confirmed the probability that the item will be out of stock is highly reduced. However, should this happen, we will send you an email letting you know which item(s) is/are out of stock, and confirming the refund of the amount that you paid for the item(s). The refund will be made the same way that you made the payment.
I made a mistake with the product/size and I would like to change the size/ change the product before receiving the item.
It is not possible to change an order after it has been completed. If you have more than one item in the order we recommend that you wait until you receive the order and proceed with an exchange or a refund of the item in error.If your order is of just one item, please check the status of your order in the ‘Purchased Items’ menu in the ‘Customer Area’. If the status of your order is either: ‘payment pending’, ‘approved’, ‘sorting’, you can contact us using the form below in order to process the cancellation and make a new order. If the order status is ‘sorted’ or ‘in transit’, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order. You will need to wait until you receive the item to then request a refund. If your item has already been delivered to the shipping company, we will be unable to cancel your order. In this case you will have to wait to receive the item and then request an exchange or refund. Can I cancel my order?
As long as the package has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled. You can check your order Status in My Account, option View My Orders. Cancellations can be carried out by contacting our Customer Care by phone, e-mail or contact formIf the package has already left our warehouse, you have to follow the return policy (please see our Returns Policy).
I made a mistake with my delivery address, how can I change it?

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes. We'll send you a confirmation email after receiving your order. If you think that money been taken from your bank account and you have not received a confirmation email then please check your spam folder. If you have created an account, your order will also be visible on your account page.
Can I make a telephone order or make an order by e-mail/post or fax?
For technical reasons, placing a telephone order or ordering by email/post/fax is unfortunately not possible.
How do I create an account?
Click on 'My account' at the top right. Choose 'Create account'.
What is the Wish List and how does it work?
Registered users can save their favorite products by adding them to the Wish List. To add a new product, just click on the Add to Wish List link in the selected Product page after you have chosen the color and size. Please remember that adding a product to the Wish List does not mean reserving the item. Other customers may purchase the same product before you, and therefore the item could be sold out before you decide to order it.

PAYMENTS

Which payment methods are available?
At the bottom of each page, you'll find the different payment methods.
Will I receive an invoice of my order?
Yes. You'll receive confirmation of your order by email. The invoice will be included with the items that we send to you.
Can I pay for it upon receipt?
We do not have a service which allows for payment upon receipt
Do I have to pay extra taxes on my order?
VAT tax has already been included in the product price, as shown on all pages of the website and in your Shopping Bag. There will be no extra duties charged on your order if the shipping is for Countries inside the EU. For shipping outside the EU countries, taxes, duties and shipping will be aplied at the checkout.
How does a payment with PayPal work?
Choose PayPal at the check-out and you will be asked to log in to your PayPal account to confirm the payment. PayPal is a very safe payment method and all your purchases are protected by PayPal's Purchase Protection guarantee.

DELIVERY

Which Countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship all EU countries. Shortly we will cover all other countries.
Which shipping company do you use?
We use DHL GoGreen for all our shipments.
What are the delivery costs?
Germany, Austria: 5 € All other EU Countries: 10 €
When will the shipping company deliver my order?
Germany, Austria: 1 - 4 Business days. All other EU Countries: 3 - 8 Business days.
What happens if there is no one there to accept the delivery?
The courier company delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours, and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for two consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time with a telephone number where you can contact. After the third failed attempt, the courier will return the package to our warehouse. Organication.de may e-mail you for new delivery instructions.
I have a problem with the delivery of my order. What should I do?
If you have any question or problem regarding your order please contact us directly using this form stating the question or difficulty that you have, and your order number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How can I return my order?
You can return an article up to 14 days after receiving it.The items you wish to return must not be worn or washed. You may try the items on to see whether they fit or meet your expectations but, if you intend returning them, please ensure that any items of clothing do not pick up unpleasant odours. We check all returned clothing for stains and odours..Make sure you wrap the items, with their original labels, in their original packaging.Make sure that your package is sent back using DHL. Returning packages using a different courier is at your own risk. If anything should happen to the package, Organication cannot be held liable.
What are the rules concerning returning items?
Items that have not been worn and that still have the original label and packaging may be returned within 14 days after receiving them. You may try on the items to see whether they fit and if the model meets your expectations. When we receive the return package we will reimburse the amount, using the original payment method.
When will I receive my money back?
The amount will be reimbursed to your bank or credit card account within 2-3 weeks of your package being picked up by DHL.
How long does it take to process a return?
From the moment you've returned your order to the courier, it can take up to a week before we receive your order at our Distribution Centre. We check every returned order. As soon as this check has been made, we order the reimbursement of (a part of) your payment. It can take up to a week for you to receive your reimbursement depending on your payment method (bank, credit card etc.).
Can I return an order if I no longer have the original box?
Yes. Please put the items you want to return in sturdy packaging (cardboard box) so they will not be damaged.
I have a problem with the delivery of my order. What should I do?
Organication wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase: for this reason, you have the right to change the size of the articles that you bought at organication.de within 30 days from the date your order was delivered to you.Don’t forget that your request for an exchange is only submitted when the whole process is complete. You will receive an email confirming your request for an exchange at the end.If you have several items to send back in the same order, you will need to place them together to exchange or return them. After you have requested the exchange or return of an item in the order, our site will not allow you to request another exchange or return.If you still have queries regarding the exchange or returns process, please use this form to contact us, describing the difficulties you are experiencing.
