Good activewear fits well during your workout and feels just as good on the sofa afterwards. Our women's collection is made mainly from organic cotton with a little elastane, complemented by a few pieces in recycled polyamide. Here are four combinations for yoga, workouts and everyday life.
Which material for what
Organic cotton with elastane is soft, breathable and stretchy. It's well suited to yoga, Pilates, walks and everything you do at home. Recycled polyamide is smoother and dries faster. It suits more intense sessions where you sweat more. You can see the exact composition and which certificate applies to an item in the "Production" tab on the product page.

Look 1 · Yoga and Pilates
High waist, calm colours
During yoga and Pilates, you don't want to keep pulling at your waistband. The LENNA high-waist leggings sit high and stay in place even when you bend forward. Pair them with the BETSYY bralette in the same shade of grey: comfortable, without underwire and with enough support for gentle sessions.

Look 2 · Summer and indoors
Cycling shorts with a pop of colour
When it's warm, long leggings become cycling shorts. LOLLA ends above the knee and works for indoor training, cycling or under a loose shirt. Combine them with a bralette in a second colour, for example Bordeaux with Apricot.

Look 3 · Gym and running
Smooth top for intense sessions
For the gym or a run, a smooth sports top is comfortable because it clings to the body less. TATTUM has a close-fitting cut. Pair it with ankle-length leggings such as LEILA, which come in many colours.

Look 4 · After training
Throw on a hoodie, done
Activewear doesn't have to go straight back in your bag after sport. Pull a loose hoodie over your leggings and bralette, and you're ready for the shops or a coffee afterwards.
Tips for your activewear
- Wash cool: leggings with elastane don't like high temperatures. 30 degrees and inside out is usually enough.
- No fabric softener: it coats the fibres and can reduce elasticity.
- Air dry: heat in the tumble dryer is hard on elastane. Hang the pieces up instead.
- Check the fit: do a deep squat in front of the mirror. If the fabric stays opaque and the waistband doesn't slip, the leggings fit properly.

FAQ
Is cotton suitable for sport?
For low to moderate intensity such as yoga, Pilates or walking, yes, because it's breathable and soft. For very sweaty workouts, smooth synthetic fibres dry faster.
Which size should I choose for leggings?
Take your usual size and check the size chart on the product page. Leggings should fit closely, but not dig in.
