Orders
Yes, we ship from Germany to all countries of the European Union. Shipping and returns within Germany are free of charge.

EU: up to 2 weeks, depending on the destination
As soon as your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

EU: flat rate of €12.00 per order, free shipping on orders of €200.00 or more.

Products
Sustainable fashion generally refers to clothing made with careful use of resources and under fair working conditions. At ORGANICATION, we rely on certified materials and selected production partners – you can see which certification applies to an item on its product page under “Production Details”.
Among others, we use organic cotton, TENCEL™ Lyocell and Modal, linen, recycled polyester (REPREVE®), RWS-certified wool and LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose. The exact material composition is stated for every product.

Depending on the item, our products are certified e.g. to GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS or RWS, or labelled vegan by PETA. The certification that applies to an item is stated on its product page.

To extend the life of your clothes, we recommend washing them at low temperatures and letting them air-dry. You will find the exact care instructions on every product page and on the care label.

Shipping & Returns
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason and send it back. Returns within Germany are free of charge. You can also declare your withdrawal online via “Withdraw from contract”.
