We currently deliver within the European Union only.

We ship your order with DHL as quickly as possible once payment has been received. As soon as your parcel has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. With the DHL tracking number you can check the status of your order at any time.

If an item you have ordered is temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible in a separate email. If delivery is affected by force majeure, the delivery time may be extended accordingly – we will keep you informed about this too.

WITHIN GERMANY

DELIVERY

Delivery is made by DHL within 1–3 working days to the delivery address you provided. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, it ends on the next working day.

SHIPPING COSTS

Within Germany, shipping is free of charge regardless of order value.

WITHIN THE EU

DELIVERY

For deliveries within the EU, delivery takes up to 2 weeks depending on the destination.

SHIPPING COSTS

For shipping within the EU we charge a flat rate of €12.00 per order. Orders of €200.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

PACKAGING

To make sure your clothes arrive in perfect condition, they are packed in a polybag.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with the items you ordered or need a different size, you can return your purchase to us within 14 days. Details of your statutory right of withdrawal can be found in our Right of Withdrawal. You can also declare your withdrawal online via “Withdraw from contract”.

Returns within Germany are free of charge for you – you can create a return label here. For returns from other countries, you bear the direct cost of the return.

Please return items unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached where possible. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask you to return underwear in its unopened original packaging where possible. These requests are not a condition for effectively exercising your right of withdrawal; you may, however, have to pay compensation for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to examine them. Returns are usually processed within 7 days of receipt; refunds are made in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal.

BUNDLE RETURNS:

If you have taken advantage of a bundle offer (e.g. 2 items with 10% off or 3 items with 20% off) and would like to return part of it, the discount will be recalculated accordingly:
• If you return one item from a 2-item bundle, the discount no longer applies and the remaining item is charged at the regular single price. The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
• If you return one or two items from a 3-item bundle, the discount on the remaining items will be adjusted accordingly. The refund amount will also be recalculated.
• If you return the entire bundle, the full purchase price will be refunded.
